  • BAGGAGE INFO

    The first 2 checked bags are free! A traditional "checked bag" is also accepted as a gate-checked bag, and you are allowed one small personal item. Please refer to our contract of carriage for additional information, limitations and dimensions.

  • SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

    Customers with disabilities are not required to provide advance notice of the need for assistance; however, providing advance notice helps us better prepare to provide the proper assistance. To give advance notice of a disability-related travel need, please call our reservation center at (855) 505-9394.

  • TRAVELING WITH ANIMALS

    Live animals are accepted for carriage as pet-in cabin and/or checked baggage. Be aware that we reserve the right to refuse a pet exhibiting aggressive behavior or any other behaviors that appear incompatible with air travel. To add a pet/service animal to your reservation, please call our reservation department at (855) 505-9394.

     

    California Pacific Airlines follows industry guidelines on Emotional Support and Service Animals, more information can be found in our contract of carriage.

  • TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN

    Children two years or older are required to have a ticket and a separate seat. Children between the ages of 6-17 can travel without a parent/guardian as an unaccompanied Minor. The unaccompanied minor service fee is $50 per child for each direction of travel. For more rules and restrictions on infants and unaccompanied minors, please call our reservations center at (855) 505-9394.

  • REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

    The cancellation fee is $100 on all non-refundable tickets. If any changes to the ticket need to be made, there is a $50 change fee for the non-refundable fare.
